All online peptide product suppliers claim their products have been tested in independent labs. Should you trust them? Of course not! Truly reputable suppliers who conduct research will provide supporting documentation verifying their test results. Kylo Peptides is one such company.
Kylo Peptides is a US-based supplier offering research-grade peptides as lyophilized powder in sealed glass vials for in vitro laboratory testing. The company’s portfolio includes over 100 compounds and mixtures, each accompanied by a certificate of analysis, and ships from two warehouses in the US.
In this Kylo Peptides review, we’ll cover the full product catalog, published purity data, ordering and support services, and shipping and returns procedures. All products are intended for research purposes only and are not intended for medical or veterinary use.
Founded in 2021, Kylo Peptides is a subsidiary of Kylo Labs LLC, located at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. The founding team has experience in contract manufacturing, serving as chemists and quality control analysts responsible for the production and marketing of peptide products. As such, they have extensive knowledge of potential issues that may arise in production batches.
In contract manufacturing, the person responsible for production batches is often the one who ultimately approves the finished product. Kylo’s founder watched helplessly as manufactured products, regardless of whether they passed quality control, were simply presented to the client as numbers without any means of verification.
Kylo was created to address this problem. Each batch of product undergoes internal testing and is then sent to three independent labs for further analysis. All test reports are published on the website. Kylo publicly discloses the names of its testing partners: Janoshik Labs, Freedom Diagnostics, and Vanguard.
Since 2021, Kylo has maintained a narrow market focus. The company sells research peptides to academic laboratories, biotech companies, and independent researchers. Nothing on its website is advertised as a dietary supplement, health product, or drug.
Below is a list of products sold by Kylo, how the information is displayed on the website, and the actual content shown in the published test data.
Kaylo lists over 100 compounds and mixtures covering the fields of metabolism, regeneration, signaling, and longevity research. Among the peptides named are GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500, MOTS-c, Retatrutide, Tesamorelin, NAD+, KPV, Semax, Selank, SS-31, AOD-9604, and PT-141. The antibacterial water is sold separately, which Kaylo says is intentional, as combining consumables with the peptides would create the impression of inappropriate use.
The product page lists technical specifications. For example, the MOTS-c page lists CAS number 1627580-64-6, molecular weight 2174.64 g/mol, the complete 16-residue sequence, storage conditions, and a PubChem link. Pricing is transparent: member prices and standard prices are displayed side by side.
Each lot of product undergoes seven tests: sterility testing according to USP <71>, endotoxin testing according to USP <85>, purity determination by high-performance liquid chromatography with ultraviolet detection (HPLC-UV), identification by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS), heavy metal content determination by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS), determination of pure content, and batch stability assessment. Acceptance criteria are established and published prior to testing: identification within ±1 Da of theoretical mass, purity ≥99.0% by peak area, and residual solvent content meeting ICH Q3C standards.
Note the last line. The Semax batch had a purity of 98.957%, which is below Kylo’s standard of ≥99.0%, but the company published the results anyway. This transparency guarantees brand integrity.
Testing was conducted by three laboratories: Janoshik, Vanguard, and Freedom Diagnostics (an ISO/IEC 17025:2017-accredited laboratory). Each certificate has an identification number that can be verified directly on the test tubes.
Kylo also disclosed its procedures for handling batch failures: conducting an investigation in collaboration with the laboratory, determining the root cause based on synthesis data, subsequent reprocessing using a second-stage HPLC preparation, or destruction within the established scope of work.
Each vial is printed with a batch number. Checking this batch number against the batch number on the Certificate of Analysis (COA) verifies that the document matches the powder you have. The COA will list the vial’s contents, including purity, identification information, and impurity levels.
Kylo has released its pricing. PT-141 starts at approximately $49.95 per vial, SS-31 starts at approximately $59.95 per vial, metabolites range from $79.95 to $99.95, and peptide products range from $79.95 to $179.95.
An even better option is membership: a one-time fee of $497 gives you a lifetime 50% discount on all products with no renewal required.
Members also receive priority access to exclusive club member offers twice a month and a $25 reward for each successfully referred customer. For labs that order product monthly, this can be recouped after just a few orders. However, for individual users who purchase just one bottle a year, this is completely unprofitable.
So, are Kylo products cheap? At the listed price, no. But considering the cost of a single usable bottle, it’s worth it. A cheap bottle whose quality cannot be verified not only wastes the product but also wastes a whole week of your time testing. Kylo’s “premium” bottles come with published batch data, which you can review before ordering. Considering the cost of the product instructions and the powder itself, Kylo’s price advantage is obvious.
The website is very user-friendly. Certificates of authenticity for each item can be viewed with a single click, and all items can be searched by lot number. The ordering process is handled through a standard encrypted checkout system, supporting credit card and PayPal payments.
Upon logging into the website, a verification system will appear, requiring confirmation that you are at least 21 years of age and that the purchased product is intended for in vitro research purposes only. An order tracking number will be sent via email within four hours of placing your order, and a dedicated order tracking page is also available.
Kylo’s customer service team will respond within 12 hours with information on order status, availability, wholesale pricing, and certificate requests. You can contact them at [email protected] or by phone at +1 350 252 3314. The packaging is intentionally kept simple: a plain outer box, an obscure return address, and a discreet product description on the invoice.
Kylo ships within the United States and internationally, subject to certain conditions. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time on weekdays are shipped the same day. Standard shipping is via USPS Priority, which costs $9.95 and is expected to arrive within 2-4 business days; free shipping is available on orders over $200. You can also choose UPS 2-Day or Next-Day Delivery for an additional fee at checkout. Items will be shipped from our nearest warehouse in Austin, TX or Long Beach, CA.
Lyophilized peptides have good transport properties at room temperature, so most products can be shipped without insulation. Kylo will provide insulated packaging free of charge if needed and schedules shipment of such orders for Monday or Tuesday to avoid weekend delivery.
International shipments are intended for qualified research institutions in Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, and certain countries in the Asia-Pacific region. Shipments require the institution’s address, a declaration of end-use for the restricted compound, and prior consent from the purchaser.
The recipient is responsible for customs duties and value-added tax. Some peptides are subject to US export controls; therefore, shipments to certain countries may be rejected.
Kylo offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. Customers can report damaged or incorrect products within 24 hours of receiving them, providing photos of the medication bottle, packaging, and shipping label. We will replace the product free of charge. Opened medication bottles are non-returnable.
From July 23 to 24, 2026, the FDA’s Pharmaceutical Compounding Advisory Committee considered adding BPC-157, KPV, TB-500, MOTS-c, and three other peptides to the 503A list of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs). This list allows pharmacies to use certain substances in prescriptions. The committee voted to add six of the seven substances to the list, but these votes are for informational purposes only. The FDA must complete the full rulemaking process before approving any drug products.
Kylo Peptides places a strong emphasis on documentation: they have written specifications before testing, conduct seven tests on every batch of product, designate accredited laboratories, and create a publicly accessible database where anyone can view certifications and match them to batch numbers before purchasing.
The product catalog is comprehensive and sufficient to meet the needs of most preclinical studies. Prices are reasonable, and a lifetime membership makes it significantly cheaper than competitors. Delivery is fast, and logistics information is comprehensive.
So, who should consider Kylo? Primarily, independent researchers and small labs without procurement departments. When you’re handling the tedious work of supplier audits yourself, having suppliers publish data on each batch, along with verification IDs, can make your job much easier.
